Gridopedia is reference material and commentary. It is not legal, contractual, financial or professional advice, and no relationship of professional responsibility is created by reading it. Contract wording, editions and amendments differ on every project. Read your own contract and take advice from someone qualified before acting.

Standards and clause numbers

Clause numbers, metric numbers and field labels are stated for the edition or software version named on the page. Editions change. Where a page asks you to check against your own copy, check it — that instruction is there because it matters.

Productivity rates

Rate tables and productivity figures are illustrative ranges for sanity-checking a duration. They are not a substitute for your own as-built records, and they are not suitable as evidence in a contractual claim or dispute. A rate from a published source is a starting point for a conversation, not a finding of fact about your project.

Tools

The schedule tools read a file and report what they find. They do not modify your schedule and they cannot write back to P6. Their output is diagnostic — the judgement about what to do with a finding remains yours. Check anything material by hand before you put it in a submission.
