Your schedule files

The tools read your .xer file inside your own browser. The file is never sent to Gridopedia or to anyone else. This is not a promise about how we behave — there is no upload endpoint and no server that could receive it.

Email addresses

If you give us an email address, it is used to tell you when tools and pages publish. Nothing else. It is not sold, rented or shared. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete the address at any time.

What the site loads

Pages currently load web fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see the request and your IP address. Nothing else on the site comes from a third party — no advertising trackers, no social widgets, no embedded video, no chat box. We are moving the fonts onto our own server so that call disappears too.

Traffic measurement

Basic, aggregated traffic counts only — page views and referrers. No cross-site tracking, no profiles, no cookies that follow you anywhere.
