Productivity rates
Published rates from freely available sources, shown side by side and each one cited — plus field rates contributed by planners who have actually run the crews.
We do not merge sources into a single figure. A blended number is one nobody can defend, and the first question you will be asked is where it came from. You get every source, named, and you choose.
The first set lands with the tools
It covers blockwork, plaster, rebar fixing, formwork, concrete placing and MEP first fix, drawn from USACE EP 415-1-3, the Business Roundtable C-2 report, the MCAA sixteen factors and NECA studies. All freely available, all citable.

And what we do with them
From working planners, one entry at a time. Structured fields only — work type, region, conditions, crew size, sample size. There is no box to type a client or project name into, which is deliberate.
Below five entries we show the range and the count, never a median. A median of two numbers is a lie with a decimal point.
